Omnichat has raised a $10 million Series A round led by Openspace Capital, with Darwin Ventures and Acorn Pacific Ventures participating, to scale its Agentic AI platform across marketing, sales and customer service inside messaging apps.

Omnichat, an AI-native marketing and customer experience platform, has announced a $10 million Series A funding round led by Openspace Capital, with participation from Darwin Ventures and Acorn Pacific Ventures, to scale its Agentic AI platform, deepen research on its Omni AI Agents and accelerate global expansion.

The round will scale Omni AI Agents, the suite Omnichat launched in 2026, which covers an AI marketing agent that builds segments and full messaging campaigns from a single prompt, an AI sales agent that recommends products and closes orders inside chat, an AI customer service agent that resolves enquiries around the clock, and OmniClaw, an AI business analyst tracking behaviour, chat trends and store-level revenue attribution in real time.

Omnichat says OmniClaw was taken up by around 300 brands within two months of its June launch, that use of the marketing agent tripled over the same period, and that it has helped 5,000 clients generate more than $100 million in revenue. Its agents run across WhatsApp, LINE, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WeChat, KakaoTalk and TikTok, and its named clients include Dyson, FILA, Watsons, L'OCCITANE, VF Corporation, SMCP and Mead Johnson.

Every figure in this story is the company's own claim from its funding announcement, carried by PR Newswire, and no independent audit or valuation was disclosed in the release, so the $10 million, the client count and the revenue figure are reported as Omnichat's statements rather than verified market data. The one fact with an external anchor is the investor line-up itself, which the release names in full, and the funding is a Series A, not a later-stage round, which sets the scale of the bet.

Founder and chief executive Alan Chan framed the round as a shift from conversational commerce to AI-driven commerce, arguing that traditional messaging tools still need heavy human intervention to drive sales while his platform's agents sell, market and support customers around the clock. The test of that claim will be whether the agents hold up across Asia Pacific and beyond without growing headcount at the same rate as revenue, which is the efficiency promise the new capital is meant to prove.
