Derrick Henry, facing his former team, ran for 73 yards and a touchdown on 23 carries. Zay Flowers caught eight passes for 118 yards and a score. Tyler Loop made a 64-yard field goal as the first half expired.
Cam Ward completed 20 of 31 passes for 222 yards and a touchdown, with an interception by Trenton Simpson on the Titans' first drive.
